Hi, I’m Antony, I’ve been a professional crafter for about 20 years. In that time, I've been lucky enough to help inspire thousands of crafters, with my informative demonstrations on TV and with my online presence. I’ve always enjoyed helping people achieve things that, they probably thought they couldn’t make. My philosophy is to plant the seed of an idea in someone, and watch it grow. People are more likely to try something if they have a really good understanding of the products they’re using. And that’s where my knowledge of products and passion for teaching craft really comes in.

Sweet Dreams
A framed project, using a deep frame, wood looking rice paper and moulded pieces for both the heart, roses and Dream plaque in the middle. Colour washes and dry brushing was used on the heart and Dream plaque, to help bring out the detail further.

The Equinox
A small mixed media canvas using plenty of moulded pieces, along with a cloth starching product to create depth, interest, and dimension in the background. The entire piece was firstly painted black, then metallic paints were dry brushed over areas to help bring out all the detail. The piece depicts a love story between the sun and the moon.

Warrior
A mixed media project using plenty of textures. The head in the middle was made from a mould that i’d made from a house ornament. I poured plaster of Paris in it and once set, finished it off using a special cracking paint medium. The background for the piece was created using art stones and water down acrylic paints for the colours. The head dress on was made using and posing cast pieces from moulds.
