Cricut: How to Make Ice Lolly Treat Boxes

These ice lolly treat boxes will be sure to add some fun and excitement to your party! Perfect for filling with sweet treats for kids' birthday parties, summer celebrations and more, even adults will get a kick out of them.

Use your Cricut machine (Maker or Explore) to create the paper sleeve that adorns the treat boxes, then add with embellishments of your choice! The Cricut Maker was used to create this project; however, this project can also be created using any of the Cricut Explore machines.

You will also need:

* Cricut Design Space app installed on a laptop, PC, Tablet or mobile device

Step 1

Start by opening up the project in the Cricut Design Space app using the project link at the top of this post, or alternatively use the link below - https://design.cricut.com/landing/project-detail/60a52878852b850ffcda4908

To access the project, copy and paste the link into your browser, you will be directed to a Cricut ladning page, select 'Open' followed by 'Open Cricut Design Space Application'.

The app will open (you may be prompted to log in) and the project overview screen will appear.

Duplicate the pieces to match the amount of party guests you are making for. Then click make it. Cut the pieces from plain coloured cardstock, using your scoring tool in your machine to score the pieces.

Step 2

Once cut, fold along all of the score lines to get a clean fold.

Step 3

Then start gluing the pieces to the box lid, glue the biggest piece first folding around the sides. Followed by the ice cream drip layer.

Step 4

Add gems to the top of the ice cream to create sprinkles.

Step 5

Then to complete the treat boxes, glue a lollipop stick to the base of the box.

Step 6

Your box is then ready to be filled with sweet treats of your choice!
