How to make

Step 1

Paint the basic shape of a feather with just water and a brush.

Step 2

Drop ink into the water and let it spread. Go wild and choose any colours you have.

Repeat with different colours.

Step 3

Use a clean brush to pull ink away and reveal more of the paper beneath.

Step 4

The final artwork with Daler Rowney FW Acrylic Inks, a simple water effect with just a handful of materials.
