How to make

Step 1

Step 2

Gather your template and craft essentials before starting.

Step 3

Print out the star template and then cut it out - the dotted lines show the direction that the shapes will be glued at.

Step 4

Draw around the template shapes and neatly cut out each of the segments.

Step 5

Paint each of your shapes with your acrylic paints, and once finished leave them to dry.

Step 6

Use a glue gun to glue the edge of the shapes together to form the star.

Step 7

Glue gun some twine along the edges of the star.

Step 8

To make a slot for the tree top to go in, glue a toilet roll to the back of the star.

Your beautiful decoration is now ready to take pride of place at the top of your Christmas tree!
