Lovely pattern for children
I fell in love with this pattern as I have two baby cousins, one female (kitten) and one male who is potty about dinosaurs. Good straightforward pattern, good enough for a beginner looking to flex their knitting muscles. The only downside is that the pattern goes up to 2 years and I need mine for 2-3 years, so a scale up of the pattern is required. These patterns could do with going up to 5 years old.

perfect for babies and toddlers
I just hd to buy this pattern and the yarn used to knit the cardigan as it is 50% cotton and 50 % Acrylic cool in the warm and warm in the cold, i have just started to knit the cat cardigan, the pattern is very easy to read and understand, seems like it is a very simple garment to knit, i also like the fact that the back and fronts are knitted in one piece (no sewing seams and both are so cute can't wait to finish it.

Fun Pattern
My grandson is 7 months old and I wanted to knit him a cardigan. When I saw this pattern I was instantly taken by the design. It is a very easy pattern to follow and simple to knit. The wool it recommends is excellent too. Hobbycraft have some great patterns and they are reasonably priced too. I am looking forward to seeing my grandson in this jacket/cardigan.

This knits up really well.
This is the first hobbycraft pattern & yarn I have used. I knit a lot for my grandchildren (& occasionally children!) & I am really pleased with this cat cardigan for my grandchild due in October.

Not that easy!
I bought this pattern as it stated suitable for beginners. I’m a basic knitter so thought I would be fine. However, I found it difficult to knit and ended up abandoning the project half way through.
