Does the trick!
Seems to work quite well. I couldn’t see instructions anywhere so I just brushed it over my vinyl stencil thick and left it on for 30 mins before rinsing off. Came out pretty well on wine glass!

not effective
tried on multiple glass items and doesnt harly scratch the surface. will stick to branded stuff next time as project was failed and time wasted
