hobbycraft blade holder
locking ring does not hold the blade secure either the blade comes out of holder, or the locking ring comes undone.i allso found the blade does not hold its cutting edge.a pack of blades making one spitfire kit. (out of plastic)

It's a modelling knife.
As you would imagine, it is a classic modelling knife with a very sharp removeable blade. Lightweight aluminium shaft that unscrews at one end to release blade.
Not for young children.

Does what has to do
Great little blade. Does the job. I purchased this blade to cut felt. It's little bit tricky to cut soft felt, but it's fine for the hard one.

Exactly what I was looking for in a hobby knife
Popped in store to pick up a few items for my hobby , and purchased this hobby knife along with spare blades and cutting mat , at first the handle looked quite small but once I opened it and used I must say it’s very good ,the size and weight are great and it’s very sharp , comes with a guard too which I put back on when not in use , great product and good price would highly recommend !!!

Well fabricated and effective
The knife is well crafted and offers two textured grips, one near the centre of the handle and one nearer the blade for finer, more precise cutting. The knife comes with a simple but secure safety cover for the blade. The knife can be easily disassembled to replace and maintain the blade, but runs no risk of unscrewing unintentionally.
