Great craft knife
I purchased this craft knife recently for use with 3D printing projects. Initially I thought that I may have overpaid when comparing to the budget knives, but now I am so glad I opted for this model. From the well made case that enables you to remove the knife by pressing its end, this pivots it up for easy removal. there is a magnet in the end of the knife making picking up blades etc effortless. The universal blades are easy to pick up and install. The soft grip allows accurate use and pressure to be applied without discomfort. The knife seems well balanced and is just the right size for my hand for long term use.
Though this may not be t cheapest knife on display, I would have no issue recommending it.

Great range of blade sizes and shape but badly thought out storage. You can’t get the blades out individually without cutting your finger to shreds trying to get your nail under it and even then if it’s not at the right angle it gets stuck; which means you have to cover all blades but the one you want and tip it upside down.

Nothing else like it!
I needed a blade and knife for my course, and I was told to get a simple steel one. However, I came across this one in store, and immediately decided to get it. I recommend this product highly, coming in its own case makes it easier to transport without it damaging. The comfy blue holder makes it easier to cut things without leaving blisters on your hands! I highly recommend this piece of equipment!! And it's cheaper than others with a mixture of blades!! GO GO!

Excellent easy to use product

Not the best of scalpels if a regular user
needed an additional scalpel but was a little disappointed with this one. It doesn't hold the blades securely and when they move during use it can cause the cut to veer off

Versatile and long lasting
Equipping yourself with this modelling tool has a number of advantages. Firstly the price which is reasonable. Secondly it comes with a sturdy case and compartments for replacement blades. No cutting yourself fishing it out of the modelling box. Thirdly Hobbycraft stock replacement blades in all shapes and sizes. The blades themselves are good quality amd dont go blunt immediately which is another good reason to purchase it.
