Is it good for plastic toys for outdoors like little Tike cars and would you recommend a primer first Thank you for your time on this.

Its nice paint to spray on. I’ve used it on metal with no primer and my son made a ben 10 watch spraying various materials from felt, card and foam. Also used on a set of mdf drawers to mask a repair.  For plastic like ‘little tykes car’ I would however recommend a full prep. Clean and degrease the car, sand with a fine paper to remove the shine, mask off anything you don’t want sprayed and use a plastic primer (also sold by hobby craft).  Use fine layers every 15mins or so between coats and finish with a UV protection lacquer to seal it from the elements.  We sprayed a plastic handle and upvc door frame using this method.
