Not dye based paper. All sheets are white card with inked colour on the face and back.
I’m a crafter in the UK and reply on hobbycraft to purchase paper to run my art decor business as they have the best prices. However I have found that certain packs of these coloured paper are dye-based paper and others are white paper with colour on either sides of the face and back. So if you are making rolled paper flowers like I do. When you make them the colour of rose is white due to the white inside of the paper. So this red paper pack is only suitable if you are using it as a background etc. If you are rolling the paper, making origami or looking for a luxury finish to your project this paper is NO good.

This is so good I have now bought a pack of each colour the variety of shades make this perfect for my crafting and cardmaking I am never stuck searching for a suitable colour

Lovely selection of shades
I bought these to use on a particular project however some of the card wasn’t coloured all the way through so you could see a colour difference through the centre. However I will still be able to use on a different project.

Lovely colours
Lovely selection of colours but this was advertised as paper when it is card. I wanted to fold the paper for flowers but it was very stiff and difficult to shape once folded more than twice.
