The Avro Lancaster was the RAF's most famous heavy bomber of World War II and entered service in 1942. More than 7,300 aircraft were built for the Royal Air Force Bomber Command. One of the RAF's most important goals was to destroy the Ruhr area's dams, which supplied electricity to important industrial facilities.

Captured in 1:72 scale, this model set features authentic details that are true to the original. You’ll also have a decal for one RAF version: the Avro Lancaster B. Mk.III (Special) No.617 Squadron, Royal Air Force, May 1943.
