Misleading Packaging
I bought this in store so my son could choose the model he wanted. He was delighted it came with the paint and glue. However when we got it home and started reading the instructions we discovered we needed to buy another 6 pots of paint. The first step needed one of the missing pots of paint so we had to go back to the shop for more paint (nearly 1 hour round trip). The packaging was very misleading it said it included the aqua paint but it was only when you took the outer packaging off that it listed the extra paints required. Had I known this in the shop at first we might not have bought the model kit and chose a different one.

Excellent quality
I bought these items for my grandson , the Spitfire was easy to assemble with excellent instructions . The paints were also good quality and left a lovely finish . The paint by numbers was again a lovely product with an excellent finish . I would recommend both items as they were both good value for price .

Everything you need to create a quality model!
The kit itself is of good quality and goes together well. This is more of a basic level kit and ideal more for the beginner level. For the price the kit is good value as you get plenty of quality cement, and the paints by Revell are good quality, low odour, and dry very quickly. The brush that comes with the kit is also of good quality. If you are new to model making, or purchasing for a younger person the kit is great value, contains everything you need to make a respectable model and has clear instructions.

a real game changer, easy to put together.
the step by step instructions are quite easy to follow and laid out clearly and concisely in an uncomplicated and easy to understand manner.
the attention to detail really is quite extraordinary.
also the additional accessories provided within the packaging really do make this model a joy to build and put together

Good practice kit
As a starter/practice kit, this is great. Only marked down slightly due to one of the main components on the sprue being distorted. Contacted Revell and they are sending out a replacement component FOC from the factory, so good customer service from the manufacturer.
