Good modelling knife blades.
I use these scalpel blades when I'm working with plastic model kits. They are easy to fit to the scalpel handle and easy to remove when necessary. These blades are quite tough and long lasting provided they're used within the obvious limitations that apply to any blade of this sort. For precise work they are excellent, for heavier work use a heavy duty knife.

curved blade good for general modelling
Curved blade spreads the pressure and is good for cutting and scraping, so better than a straight blade in that regard.
Liable to snap if too much pressure applied, so best to use a straight blade when cutting parts from plastic sprues. This blade can then be used for cleaning up sprue marks and plastic moulding flash.

Did the job well
My partner and I purchased these blades to cut leather to make products for our small craft business. They wore down quickly, but this was due to the thickness of the leather we were cutting rather than the quality of the blade. We were able to achieve neat, straight cuts.

Sharpness and convenience
If you need to surgically remove anything in a crafty manner, this is the sharp tool you'll need. Easily slips onto the shoe of my Swann-Morton Surgical Handle number 3 that I've had for over 30 years. I love these blades. Even the blunt ones have their uses!

Swann Morton blade
Great product, just what I needed and comes in a multipack which is always a bonus! These are also great for dermaplaning (face exfoliation) and are used by aestheticians. Fab price & a great all-rounder!

I have used these scalpel blades for many , many years now ans always found them to be excellent
As stated above these blades have been excellent for my use over many many years now and I really glad to have them still available . Would never ever think of using anything else .

a good all rounder
these blades are a good all rounder for cutting and scraping . the only con is that they cannot be used for heavy cutting as they will break !
