Paintbrush and airbrush, ideal quality
I love these paints. While I know they are designed to pair with the brands model kits, I love to use these for customising figures and small glass projects. With a paintbrush it functions like most paints, though it dries fairly quickly and will pick up the paint and clump if you try to go over it again after a minute or so. Vibrant and mainly glossy if you do not add a matt topper. Definitely at its best when used with an airbrush.

Perfect paint
As always with Tamika products, this didn’t disappoint. I bought this to paint the shock absorber on a Tamika 1/12 scale motorbike. The results are perfect, a real metal look to the finish when used through an airbrush. Would highly recommend Tamika acrylic paints to any scale model maker.

An excellent modelling paint
This paint does what it says on the lid. Compared to other brands the colour you see is the colour you get. It only needs a couple of coats to bring out an amazing finish and comes with a neat screw top lid so you know the contents remain secure.

Bought this and the clear for my nana as she tried to use gold leaf on the metallic trim round her fire but ended up scrapping it all off as she didn't like it haven't heard if she has used it yet hence why only 3 stars bought in store staff were really great

Very good paint with a nice finish
I brought this to paint some armored miniatures and it worked really well they actually look like their in gold plated armour. The paint is very easy to use straight from the pot but I would advise using a thinner for a better finish

Great product
A real gold leaf effect. A paint that covers well. I used on a house name sign and it really gives the effect of gold leaf. Covers well without drips/ paint brush marks. A little goes a long way. Highly recommend

Just what I was looking for!
Excellent, highly reflective/metallic gold paint in a really good ‘gold leaf’ effect colour. It was perfect for highlighting some raised areas on a painted mirror frame. Excellent price too.

Perfect Gold Shade.
This paint is a perfect gold with a beautiful finish. I find that I use this gold leaf paint rather than any other except for Titan Gold, Tamiya color.
