Tamiya acrylic model paint
After a long break from modelling I decided to move from spirit based enamel to acrylic paints, I am very impressed with the Tamiya acrylic, good colour range, great coverage even when thinned to help flow, so far I have only been using bristle brushes for appliction, but hoping to fire up my new air brush soon.
Hobbycraft also have competitive pricing compared to many online shops and are now my go to for my modelling supplies.

Excellent paint.
This paint is perfect for all types of modeling, if you own a airbrush it's a must. Covers really well and drys in no time making it easier to apply another or different coat. Just add a bit of thinner to the mix, just enough to reach the screw thread will be perfect. Its also easy to remove if you spill any, or get it on your hands. Tamiya paint is one of the best out there, go buy. Happy painting.

Tamiya - excellent products
I used Tamiya paints years ago when I was a keen modeller, returning now it seemed logical to use what I know.
The paints are always consistent in quality, though there is a technique to using them, judging the correct amount of thinner is an art I need to relearn. These are excellent paints, giving good coverage, 2 to 3 coats thinned will give a superb finish.

Tamiya Paint
I have tried using other paints for my models, but they don't seem to give the same coverage or depth of colour when airbrushing. Use Tamiya thinner for a quality finish. The paint is resilient to handling and is excellent for the hairspray chipping technique. I would choose Tamiya paints every time.

Great product
I started airbrushing two years ago and started with Tamiya paints. 5ml of thinner into a 10ml pot of Tamiya paint and it sprays brilliantly with no spitting or mottling. I havent used any other brand as Tamiya paint does everything I need it to.

Just the job
This was just the product I needed for my project. I purchased another colour with this to make a mix which worked very well. I would highly recommend Tamiya acrylic colours as they mix well and spread very well whether by brush or airbrush.
