Perfect for my son’s Spider-Man cake
I bought this for the Spider-Man cake I was making for my son’s 5th birthday. The colour was ideal and the size was just right for my 18cm cake (would fit a 20cm cake too I reckon but might not have space for any lettering around the edge of the board). With my 18cm cake there was enough space for the lettering produced using the Wilton alphabet cutter set. Sturdy and did the job! Just be careful getting it out of the wrapping with scissors as i was a bit gung ho and nicked a bit along the side (which then became the back haha)

Good but colour transferred
The cake board is good and sturdy, making it easy to transfer cakes from turn boards to the fridge etc and I also like the colour choices, however I did find that after a while of wiping away excess icing on the board, I did lose some of the colour pigmentation so you could see the silver of the board, however I do believe it is down to how I was cleaning the board as I’ve never had this issue before

Great quality cake board.
good quality with simple pattern on, doesn't distract from displayed bakes, in my case brownies!
quite easy to wash clean too, using hot and soapy water just wipe off any material and lightly scrub the foiled side while avoiding getting the paper bottom wet. dry afterwords to avoid stains and good as new!
Also bought under 3 for two deal,very reasonable.
and in multiple colors.

Great colour
Liked the idea of having a colour base without having to use fondant to colour it but found the colour rubbed off around the edges before I had finished decorating my cake. Had I known I would have put tinfoil around to protect the edge before I had finished... it won’t stop me from buying more... just need to be careful when working on the cake once on the board...

Great colour
This cake board was just what I needed to set off my sapphire and navy blue Christmas cake. Nice surprise to have choice of more unusual colours. 10" was a good size for my 8"cake. Blue was only available in 10" size. Staff very helpful in Kingsteignton store, Devon, in spite of being very busy just before Christmas.

Lovely bright colour
I bought a red and a blue cake board to put two small shop made cakes on and then added fondant letters on to the cake board. Gives a bit more oomph when the cakes are small!
Good value and sturdy.

Nice solid board
A really sturdy, good quality board. I do make cakes often but I will keep this one in case I make another, it’s solid enough to clean and didn’t scratch much when the cake was cut.

Have bought several of these and they make such a difference to the look of home made cakes. Ideal for birthdays, anniversaries, etc. and come in lots of different colours.
